Tesco Finest Vinho Verde

We opened a bottle of Finest Vinho Verde to enjoy with a starter of grilled prawns at the weekend and it was the perfect match...crisp and fresh - perfect for the late burst of summer weather. Left in the fridge overnight, it was even better the next day with more developed citrus characters. I would recommend this wine to anyone looking for a light, refreshing white wine.

Many years ago, I lived in Hong Kong. A regular weekend trip was to the Portuguese colony of Macau, where you could get fantastic seafood teamed with fantastic Vinho Verde.
Haven't had any for ages, but you inspired me to buy another bottle!
