Our first Wedding Fair of the year was in Glasgow last weekend which was a great success. Our stand was constantly busy with people asking advice and entering our competition. Nothing to do with the free wine we were pouring!
We ran a competition to WIN a bottle of Champagne every hour and all entrants from the weekend would be entered into our larger competition to WIN their wedding wine upto £1000! The Team returned to our office in Dundee on Monday morning and drew a winner for the big prize from the 1700 entries.
We are pleased to announce that Karen Stewart from the Glasgow area is our winner!!!
Jackie called Karen to let her know the good news to which she replied “I’m at work or I would scream!” And who wouldn’t be delighted at such a fantastic prize.
Karen and her fiancé are very recently engaged and have not set a date for their wedding. Jackie will be keeping in constant contact with Karen to provide suggestions and advice on choice of wine, food matching and quantities and also to arrange the delivery of the wine for their big day.
The London Fair takes place this weekend 24th, 25th and 26th and the Wine Team are all brimming over with excitement. Remember that the competition to WIN tickets to the London Fair closes midnight tonight (Wednesday 22nd) so get entering fast and you could WIN your wedding wine too!!
